Joseph Bridges

Joey BridgesJoseph graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in information systems. He was a consultant to Fortune 500 companies on building their IT systems. He attained is MCSD certification from Microsoft which is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft development tools and technologies. Joseph taught as an instructor in the Internet Technology Program at the School of Engineering at the University of Southern California for 6 years where he taught students and employees how to implement Microsoft and web technologies. Since 2004 he and his brother James have been real estate brokers helping people accomplish their goals in real estate.

He developed many of the follow-up systems that are used by the Global Trust Team for Internet leads and maintains several real estate blogs. Joseph has helped guide the team to over 20 million dollars in real estate sales from the Internet every year since 2004. He also runs all of the Google Advertising for the Global Trust Team and advises others on how to improve their performance on Google Adwords.

James Bridges

James BridgesHe graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in information systems from the Marshall School of Business. As a consultant to Fortune 500 companies he developed and implemented large scale web based systems to improve and reduce costs of various business departments. He attained is MCSD certification from Microsoft which is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft development tools and technologies. He was an instructor in the Internet Technology Program at the School of Engineering at the University of Southern California for 6 years where he taught subjects ranging from Introduction to Web Design and Implementation to Introduction to Database Design and Development.

He is the developer behind websites for the Global Trust Team and other real estate clients. He developed the core of building real estate micro sites to attract niche customers who have a high level of interest in a particular real estate product. His websites now attract over 15,000 unique visitors every month and deliver over 300 unique inquiries. He maintains all overture advertising and all SEO work for the Global Trust Team and other clients. His advice to others has helped them increase their return on their websites over 1000%.

Thom Colby

Thom is a 30+ year veteran of the IT field in Senior Management at Fortune 100 companies such as American Express, Coca-Cola, and VERITAS (Symantec) Software. He has developed and maintained countless IT systems and managed hundreds of employees to guide the Global IT Infrastructure of these companies prior to beginning his real estate career. In 2006, Thom set the Keller Williams Realty International sales record for individual production in a single month with 52 closed sales.
