3. Wordpress - Some consider the industry standard of blogging. They have many advanced features and the ability to use widgets that extend the functionality of the software. This one is not free either but has users all over the world and is used by real estate professionals and non real estate professionals. It has a slightly more difficult to use interface to use then the other two. You can find more information at http://www.wordpress.com.
